Target Distribution ApS was officially founded August 2003 by individuals with a long history in the music industry. Our aim is to present quality music that we personally understand and appreciate.
Our visions on how to present quality music has expanded tremendously during the years, so today Target Distribution ApS is much more than “just” a music distribution company. The most successfull current and former artists represented by Target Distribution ApS include: Malk De Koijn, Volbeat, The Floor Is Made Of Lava, Beth Hart, Morrissey, Hush, Bernhoft, The Storm, Kellermensch, Band Of Horses, Whitesnake, Rock Hard Power Spray, Joe Bonamassa, Odense Assholes, Hatesphere, Mike Tramp, King Diamond, Pretty Maids, Ibrahim Electric, Illdisposed, Mercenary, Raunchy, Oliver Weers, A Kid Hereafter, Shotgun Revolution, Olesen Olesen, Mike Patton, Alice Cooper, Walter Trout, Mugison, Manowar, Type O Negative, Fear Factory, Motorhead & Danzig. Besides our physical distribution where we deal with both major chain stores and small record pushers in Denmark and abroad, we have a strong digital sales and marketing set-up with the possibility to sell and present our catalogue worldwide. In recent years we have entered new grounds establishing the following new business areas inhouse: Concert booking company (www.targetbooking.dk) Merchandise/clothing brand (www.targetmerch.dk) Magazine/mailorder (www.targetmag.dk) Webshop (www.targetshop.dk) Targets own publishing company Target Publishing DK has an international publishing deal with Warner/Chappell, in which we among others represent artists like Rock Hard Power Spray, Surfact, Oliver Weers and Konkhra. Not to forget, we also put a lot of efforts into developing artists on our own inhouse record labels Target Records (www.targetrecords.dk) and Mighty Music (www.mightymusic.dk). - That's why we consider ourselves number # 1 in our native territory.
